Presentation: Thailand Now mission

Come hear Cathy Houle talk about her latest trip to Thailand and the work her son and daughter-in-law are doing as missionaries.

During the month of January, Williamsville UMC will be learning about and supporting Thailand Now, a mis sionary organization serving the people of Thailand where over 90% of the population is Buddhist. Cathy Houle will share about her June 2025 mission trip to Thailand in worship on Jan 18th. Cathy's son and  daughter-in-law, David and Allie Houle, have been serving as missionaries in Thailand for 7 years and are  directors of Thailand Now's Blessing Centers. The Blessing Centers work in partnership with local churches  to prevent at-risk children from being trafficked in the sex and drug trades, by providing scholarships for children to go to school (uniforms, food, transportation, medical assistance); after-school  instruction in Bible and life skills; tutoring in English and other school subjects; home visits; training for guardians, and foster care support as needed.
