Stewardship

Taking care of what we have been gifted and entrusted with is vital to doing faithful and effective ministry. Thank you for the gifts that you give throughout the year to support the ministry of our local church. It helps us reach people where they are on so many levels while supporting agencies and support networks that combined the efforts of many local churches to have a great impact across the world. 

In October, WUMC held its first Book and Bake Sale Fundraiser, raising $1320 for ministry at  WUMC. Thank you to all who coordinated, donated, volunteered, and showed up to make pur chases! We are grateful for your support and look forward to future fundraisers. 

In November, we look forward to sharing with you your updated financial statements, a letter re garding year-end giving, a statement on budget for next year, and also a pledge card for 2026. In addition, our worship series focus, “Changemakers” will dive deeply into the story from Mark about Jesus and the Disciples multiplying the loaves and fish.
